Our People.
We are big believers in the power of our people, they are more important to us than anything else. They inspire us, our customers and each other every day. Our priority as a business is to make sure they are not only challenged and happy but also to make sure they never leave. This also means we’re very picky about who we recruit.
We recruit on personality and aptitude, as well as skills and experience. Although knowledge and skills are important, we have the resources to develop these, whereas character and aptitude are much harder to teach. We strongly believe that, if you have these qualities, the sky is the limit.

In 2017 we’ve been involved in a number of large conferences and educational events, helping to inspire and guide both the next generation of students and our peers in the industry.
It’s no secret that we spend a lot of our waking life at an office, which is why we’ve put a lot of effort into making ours as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Our head office is a stone’s throw from Bournemouth Beach, meaning that lunchtime walks or picnics are always on the cards, We’ve got an amazing coffee machine, Every Friday we go for a cooked breakfast as a team to catch up on the week gone by and we’re very flexible with our hours as we know that life doesn’t always fit around the 9 to 5. All our team also have access to an onsite Gym, Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pools, a Hot Tub and Sauna, for when they need to unwind after a productive day!
