2018 has been an incredible year for us at Cloudserve, from award shows to keynotes and our ever-growing and evolving company. Lets take a look back at some of our favourite moments of the year.

This last year for us as a business was a new and exciting period of expansion. We’ve taken on new staff to both expand our team and widen the skillset we have in-house.

Our Event Highlights

Dorset Business Awards 2018

DBA's - 2018

In November we found one of our very own team members was nominated for an award! Tom Davis, our Head of Managed Services, deservingly earned the nomination through his work with apprenticeships over the past 6 years. A first for our team but hopefully the first of many going into the new year. We can’t wait to showcase our talents within the company and our team! Watch this space!

Microsoft Future Decoded

October this year found us at Microsofts Future Decoded. Held annually, by Microsoft, at the ExCel centre in London we had the chance to listen to keynotes, sessions and take part in partner experiences. We learnt a lot whilst we were here regarding AI and machine learning. Listening and getting a first hand experience on how AI is shaping our future has given us a push and new ideas on how to expand and shape our business.

Our Favourite Company Goals

Client Customer Service

One of our favourite goals this year involved our amazing managed services team. October through to December saw us achieving 100% up-time across all our client services. and over 98% up-time for the whole year! As a result, this has given us the fire to continue hitting our impressive SLA goals and providing the best customer service possible.

Marketing Events

Our goals this year included expanding our marketing strategies and skill-sets. This involved us going to various marketing events to learn how to expand our client base and also improve social media trends. We attended events such as Sunny Bird PR’s Reaching Millions course and and Virgin StartUps Screw it Just Do it, showering us with knowledge and giving us the opportunity to network with other fellow businesses.

Bye Bye 2018!

We’ve learnt and experienced a lot this year. From old to new, we’re extremely excited to take new steps into 2019 to continue on and improve everything we do here at Cloudserve. As we move into 2019, we have huge plans ahead with business growth and new technology developing all around us.

We can’t wait to show you what we have in store. From all of us here at Cloudserve, have a happy new year and we wish you all the best for an even better 2019!
